Hi everyone! My name is Anzhuo and I’m a second year Computer Science major from Westborough, Massachusetts, which is not very far from Boston. I’m excited to be an AAC intern this fall and work on organizing fun events! The community has been so welcoming since I arrived at Northeastern and I’m glad to be able to participate in a greater role and meet even more people.
During Summer I, I took classes at Northeastern. I finished both OOD (one of the notorious CS classes) and Database Design, but was swamped with assignments. Towards the end, I did get to visit the Boston Pizza Festival with friends! I also visited China for the month of August. I was able to spend time with my grandparents in Taiyuan, and see my uncle and cousin in Beijing. It was great to go because I haven’t been back in a while.
This fall, I’m looking forward to taking some classes that aren’t solely computer science related, because I took a lot this past year. My journalism class has been pretty interesting so far, and I like systems as well. Hopefully homework from everything doesn’t put me in a vegetative state 😀
