Aglets

If you know what aglets are, you had a great childhood. If you don’t, then, I’m sorry to hear that. But to help you understand the remainder of this blog, an aglet is a plastic tip covering most shoelaces. Most people know the word from the catchy Phineas and Ferb song, A-G-L-E-T, sung in the episode, “Tip of the Day”. My inquiry of the week is, “how did I even remember this?”. Why is my brain wired in a way that I remember “aglet” from years ago but not Monday’s lecture? I’m not too sure … maybe dopamine? Maybe, the song is just very catchy. Well, I might fail my electronics class, but if I ever get a jeopardy question about aglets, at least I will win big. For my fans – Adam – think about this until next week’s inquiry.
