Describe your student org in your own words:
UTSAV is named for the Sanskrit word meaning “Festival” and was started in 1991 by a group of South Asian students. Over the years, it has grown into a large community of over 250 South Asian and South Asian American students, providing them with a sense of belonging and acceptance. We create fun, unique, and thoughtful opportunities for all Northeastern students to learn about South Asian heritage and identity!
