Hello! My Name is Hansen and I'm super excited to be one of your AAHM Co-Chairs this year! I'm a Business Admin major with a concentration in Marketing and I'm originally from Queens, NY. Some of my hobbies include volleyball, thrifting, dance, and art, but I also love chilling at home while watching YouTube or playing games (shoutout Bloons Tower Defense).
Something I'm really passionate about is helping others take pride in their identities. Growing up in New York, I always loved watching people perform their cultural customs and traditions. I really admired the way that they incorporated their heritage into their lives, finding ways to share and appreciate that culture with their communities. I am eager to help foster events where my peers can build similar community experiences, sharing fond memories and celebrating their cultures. I'm also super excited to provide spaces for fellow students to share their unique experiences, engage in meaningful conversations, and build deeper connections within their communities.
