How I Relax

In the midst of my busy schedule, it is important for me to find time to relax. For me, I find peace in running or walking while blasting music. During finals week last semester, I would go on hour walks late at night. I love observing different activities and people while absorbing the city view.

In high school, I used to run on a cross country and track team. The pressure of achieving a goal tome or winning a race took the fun out of running. But now I found my love for running again by just enjoying the act of running instead of running for a time. Overall, I relax by moving my body and exercising.
