Blog #6 – Mental Health

There’s a lot of different things I do when I’m feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply just exhausted from my day. The first thing I do is definitely just sleep without thinking about anything. Sometimes just letting my body rest is how I feel physically at ease. Other days I’ll just take a walk to a place I haven’t been to or a path I haven’t walked on before. Other days, I go to my friends or family to just talk things out.

If I’m not having a good day/week, I’ll try to do all of these in one day or incorporate them into my life somehow in between things. I think based on my day and the events in my life what helps me differs.
